How do I set the new order?

Upload your PDF, then list every page number in the order you want, separated by commas — for a 3-page file, "3,1,2" moves the last page first.

Do I have to list every page?

Yes — reordering needs every page named exactly once, so the tool can't guess what you meant for the pages you left out.

Is my PDF uploaded to reorder it?

No. Reordering runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript.
